Nicola McGrath BSc Hons
Hyndland Podiatry is led by Nicola McGrath who qualified from Glasgow University in 2007 with a 2:1 degree in Physiology. She then studied podiatry at Glasgow Caledonian University and graduated in 2011 with a 1st Class Honours Degree.
Since graduating, Nicola has gained experience within the NHS and the private sector. She has also been involved in both Undergraduate education and research at Glasgow Caledonian University. This has lead to her developing a special interest in Diabetes, an area in which she continues to carry out scientific research.
Nicola also has experience and interest in rheumatoid arthritis, vascular assessments, biomechanics and dermatology.
Nicola is an enthusiastic and driven podiatrist who enjoys all aspects of her subject. She is willing to provide treatment and advice wherever she can and is committed to providing the highest quality of professional care to her patients.

Hyndland Podiatry is a private podiatry clinic located with in the Hyndland Physiotherapy Clinic in Glasgow's West end. We are committed to providing a comprehensive range of highly skilled podiatry services in a friendly and professional environment.
Podiatry (also known as chiropody) is the diagnosis and treatment by podiatrists (chiropodists) of diseases and other disorders of the feet. Podiatrists are health professionals who have been trained to prevent, diagnose, treat and rehabilitate abnormal conditions of the feet and lower limbs. They also prevent and correct deformity, keep people mobile and active, relieve pain and treat infections.
Many individuals, with different ailments, can benefit from a podiatry treatment. This includes those requiring hard skin removal, nail care, corn removal, diabetic foot care, rheumatological or vascular foot care and/or biomechanical assessment of the foot.
